About AimX

Precision engineering, built in India, for competitive shooters worldwide.

Our Mission

Redefining the Standard for Electronic Scoring

AimX was founded with a singular goal: to bring competition-grade electronic scoring technology to shooting ranges across India and beyond — without compromise on accuracy, reliability, or experience.

We believe every shooter — from the weekend practitioner to the national-level competitor — deserves access to professional-grade tools that make training measurable, motivating, and precise.

What We Build

Hardware & Software, Together

Two tightly integrated products, engineered to work as one.

AimX Echo

Our flagship electronic scoring target. Built with industrial-grade steel, four MEMS microphones for acoustic triangulation, motorized target changer, and adjustable LED illumination — engineered for 10m Air Rifle and Air Pistol disciplines.

AIMX One

The companion application for Windows, Android, and iOS. Delivers real-time shot plotting, ISSF-compatible event management, performance analytics, and multi-profile support — all connected wirelessly to the AimX Echo target.

The Technology

Acoustic Triangulation — How It Works

When a pellet strikes the target, four high-precision MEMS microphones mounted at the corners of the AimX Echo capture the acoustic shockwave. The system measures the microsecond-level time difference of arrival (TDOA) at each sensor.

Combined with real-time environmental calibration (temperature and humidity sensors for accurate sound speed), our triangulation algorithm computes the exact X/Y coordinates of the impact — delivering sub-millimeter accuracy in under 10 milliseconds.

02

Signal Processing

Precision filters clean the acoustic signal from each sensor.

03

Impact Detection

Microsecond TDOA captured across all four microphones.

04

Score Transmission

Coordinates computed and sent to AIMX One in <10ms.
