1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIMX One application (available on Android, iOS, and Windows) and the website at aimxscore.com, operated by AimX ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using AIMX One, or by accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our products or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use AIMX One. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the application. By using AIMX One, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AimX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use AIMX One on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or organizational shooting training and competition management purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of AIMX One.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application or its components.
- Use AIMX One for any commercial purpose without express written permission from AimX.
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the application.
- Use the application in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.
4. Hardware Integration
AIMX One is designed to integrate with AimX Echo hardware electronic scoring targets. Proper functionality requires a compatible AimX Echo unit connected to the same local network. AimX is not responsible for third-party hardware compatibility, network configuration issues, or environmental interference outside our hardware specifications.
Use of AIMX One with non-AimX hardware or in configurations outside the specified operating parameters is done at your own risk and may void hardware warranties.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use AIMX One only in compliance with:
- All applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
- All relevant shooting range safety rules and governing body regulations (ISSF, NRAI, etc.).
- The terms and conditions set forth in this document.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the application, including shooter profiles, session data, and competition configurations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of AIMX One — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, user interface, text, and underlying algorithms — are the exclusive property of AimX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
"AimX", "AIMX One", "AimX Echo", and associated logos are trademarks of AimX. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
AIMX One is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AimX disclaims all warranties, including:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of shot detection data.
- Warranties that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
AIMX One is a training and competition management aid. Shot scores reported by the system should be verified by qualified range officers in official competition settings. AimX assumes no liability for decisions made based solely on data from the application.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AimX and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of AIMX One or AimX hardware.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AimX in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Updates and Changes to the Application
AimX reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue AIMX One (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Updates to the application may be released periodically to improve functionality, add features, or address security issues. You are encouraged to keep the application updated to the latest version.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AIMX One at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately. Locally stored session data on your device will remain accessible through standard device storage.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of AIMX One after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
